When will my order ship?
Items with status "In Stock" ship within 5-7 days via USPS First Class (2-4 days to deliver) from the day you pay. Also, you can choose Priority or Express Overnight if you need it faster, these options are on the cart/checkout page.
All items with status "Pre-Order" ship within 4-6 weeks from the time you pay. If your order contains "in stock" items and you would like them to ship separate then change your shipping options on the cart/checkout page and those items will ship separate.
Holiday items will be shipped in time so that they deliver the week before the holiday.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $100. Orders with a subtotal over $100 ship free. We also offer other shipping options that you will see on the cart/checkout page.
Please note that large orders and items such as the Snowflake coat are $5.99 to ship unless the order is over $100 then it is free. Small item orders ship for $3.99 (depending on the weight of the order) and all other orders ship for $4.99.
Why was I charged for shipping when over $100?
There are a few possibilities since we offer several shipping options. One is if you order in stock items and pre-order items together then we give you the option to have the in stock items ship separate for $4.99. If you prefer that all your items ship together then simply choose the option "Ship in-stock items with pre-order items (see below)".
Can I add something to my order?
You can add items to you order as long as it was placed less than 10 days ago. Please email us through our contact page for instructions and provide your order number.
My discount code wasn't applied, what now?
Place your order and then email us through our contact page and we will adjust it for you.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your merchandise, so if you have ordered the wrong size, or have any questions at all please email us through our contact page.
I don't see an answer to my question, how can I get help?
